Marina is a results-driven Health Executive with a passion for breaking down complexities with proven commercial experience working with Iconic Pharmaceutical Companies, Government and Not for Profit Organisations across 23 years in Pharmaceutical and Medical Management, Allied Health and Hospital Leadership roles. A Leader who has successfully built new businesses and led diverse multi-cultural teams, with demonstrated results in adapting to the business challenges with the capacity to influence and deliver sustainable outcomes across all levels.

With a passion for Endometriosis, Marina has endured a long and painful journey from the age of 16 and was diagnosed with stage IV Endometriosis at the age of 40. After multiple treatments and surgeries, she faced the most confronting decision to undergo a complete Hysterectomy and a Bowel Resection. Endometriosis sadly overpowered her fertility. Marina hopes to inspire and raise awareness for the next generation while supporting research for a better future.
