March is Endometriosis Awareness Month

Help improve the quality of life for Australian women

More than 11% of Australian women suffer from endometriosis at some point in their life.

Fight ENDO Foundation of Australia is leading the fight against endometriosis, the painful and debilitating disease that affects a woman you know. We are committed to empowering women to live productive, meaningful and happy lives.

                                            You are not alone.

Our Mission

To raise awareness of endometriosis and support Australian women living with the disease. We are helping to lead the fight against endometriosis through scientific research, clinical trials, education, community support and finding a cure for a better future.

Our Values

Empower: We are building a stronger future where all Australian women have access to quality healthcare and vital support.

Nurtering: We create a nurturing environment to help our ENDO sufferers with a healthier lifestyle and comfortable treatments and needs.

Determination: ENDO is tough – but we won’t stop fighting for you! Our team will aim to achieve progress and desire to achieve ENDO goals.

Optimistic: We shall maintain an optimistic outlook and work towards maximising the benefits associated with endometriosis.

What we do

ENDO Learn Programs

We attend schools, leisure centres, and community events wherever the chance presents itself to deliver an interactive presentation that discusses endometriosis, and how to spot the symptoms early, and how to treat it. It encourages adolescents to take charge of their health and seek out school nurses, parents, and doctors who can help them comprehend what’s happening within their bodies.

Through this initiative, we educate school nurses, teachers, administrators, and parents in an effort to encourage early diagnosis and treatment and reduce the existing ten-year average delay in diagnosis.

What we do

Volunteer & Fundraising Programs

A Fight ENDO Volunteer is a dedicated individual who genuinely cares about those impacted by endometriosis. Volunteers are strong community leaders who are committed to making a difference. A volunteer’s broad responsibilities include creating awareness and education, supporting advocacy activities, and participating in peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns. Participation is tailored to the areas of interest, time limits, and experience of each volunteer. We will give you the resources, communication, and incentives to support your success as a volunteer.

Our volunteer programme was introduced in 2019, but we intend to modify it with your assistance since the impact of Covid 19.

What we do

Become a Fight ENDO Ambassador

Ambassadors for Fight ENDO are significant personalities in entertainment, sports, social media, and beyond who utilise their platform to promote awareness, educate, advocate, and generate funds to advance the cause of endometriosis research, programming, and patient care.

ENDO Ambassadors will attend events to talk about our work and encourage others to get involved. This is a really important role as it helps us to reach new people, inspire new fundraising activity, and thank our supporters for the work they are doing. We actively encourage applications from people with lived experience of ENDO and who come from a diverse range of backgrounds to represent the community that we serve.

What we do

Bequest a gift through your will

Having a will is one of the most important things you can do to protect and provide for your loved ones, family and friends, and favourite charity.

In an effort to make a difference and make life easier for others, we have designed a gift for people’s wills. It is simple to include a bequest in a will. Please contact us directly, or we will coordinate with your legal advisers and assist with the process.

The legacy of your loved one will continue through our scientific research programmes, which aim to identify better endometriosis preventions, treatments, and ultimately a cure for a healthier future for our women.

What we do

Advocacy

To campaign for Fight ENDO is to provide a strong voice to all those affected by endometriosis. The Fight ENDO advocacy team is committed to advocating for the endometriosis community’s policy needs. It plays a crucial role in securing federal funds for endometriosis education and research.
If you are interested in advocating for the Fight ENDO team, please contact us.
